Frances Makwinski (Aida) loves this play. It makes her laugh, it makes her cry, it makes her think of her maternal grandmother, also named Frances, who grew up known by the surname Morgan so her father could get a job on the railroad. This show is dedicated to her grandmother and to all parents and grandparents who carry on the traditions of their cultures taught to them by their parents. Tengo famiglia!! Zi ge zunt!! |

Fortunato Seveninni (Frank) is making his fourth acting attempt (He's really an arithmetic teacher) with the Monmouth Players. He wishes to express his deep appreciation to the Queen and King for their faith in him and providing him with the tools and insight to become a better actor. Thanks to his woman and children for his reason to be alive. Thanks to Dean for the direction and fudge. Many thanks to all of you for your love of the theater. |

Meredith Steib (Caitlin O'Hare) has gotta say its a pleasure to be working with such a sweet cast and a fantastic director. Actually, she was just recently seen in A Night of One Acts with The Monmouth Players. Meredith likes acting, dancing, singing, and passionate people. She has appeared in a number of musicals, her favorites being Jesus Christ Superstar and Fiddler on the Roof. She also adores teaching her enthusiastic third grade students at Lincroft School. This performance is dedicated to her family who put up with all the drama, and to Dolan for spicing up her life! |

Kevin Vislocky (Nick) is very happy to be making the trip down the Garden State Parkway to take part in his 2nd Monmouth Players production. He made his Monmouth debut last spring as Neil Simon's alter ego, Lucas in Laughter on the 23rd Floor. Kevin has been busy in 2006 appearing as Howard in Moon Over Buffalo with Elmwood Playhouse in Nyack, NY and Richard in The Seven Year Itch for YCP TheaterWorks in Mohegan Lake, NY. Thanks to Paul, Dean and the rest of the cast and crew for making the long drives on the Parkway worth it!! Kevin would like to dedicate this show to the memory of his grandparents. |

Paul Renick (Director) is honored to be directing a play that so beautifully and vividly pays respect to the family. Its message is universal no matter if you are Italian, Jewish, Polish, Irish or whatever (just replace gnocchi with pastrami, kielbasa or cornbeef and cabbage) you will find a character to identify with. Since Paul can't draw, directing is his way of painting a picture. He hopes you enjoy his portrait of an American family. Tengo famiglia!! |
