Meet the cast of "Laughter on the 23rd Floor"

Bill Rogers (Max Prince) 10 years ago, Bill's parents took him to see "Laughter" on Broadway. It changed his view of live theater. Here was a great comedy with a terrific cast of characters and jokes that flew by at a 100 miles a minute. Since that day Bill has studied the art of acting, performed in several plays (most recently as Billy Bibbit in Cuckoo's Nest on the Monmouth stage), and has worked on independent film, industrials and numerous voice over projects. And now, he gets to be the ringmaster of "the funniest show on Earth."
