Paul Renick, President
In addition to his duties as President, Paul oversees all facets of set construction, assists with set design and tech, and has directed several productions for the Players. Mr. Renick is also the

Alex Faerman Vice-President
A new addition to the Monmouth Players Board, Alex brings an extensive background in financial planning to the Players. He has appeared in several of our productions over the last two seasons.

Dean Anderson, Treasurer
A Past President of the Players, Dean presides over the finances of the group. In addition to his duties as liaison to the Monmouth County Arts Council, Dean is the Lighting Designer, and assists in play selection. Mr. Anderson also lists many directing and producing credits on his resume. Dean is also responsible for printed materials.


Lori Renick, Corresponding Secretary
Lori acts as press contact for the Players, is responsible for set design and decoration, assists in play selection, and has produced and directed many Monmouth Player Productions. Lori also oversees patronage and reservations.


Robert Kern
Active in local community theater for decades, Bob has served on the Board of Directors of several local theaters. In addition, Mr. Kern has an active role in Theatre-X-Change, a cooperative of many local community theaters.

Elizabeth Mahon
Elizabeth is thrilled be part of Monmouth County’s oldest community theater. She has appeared in numerous productions in the area as well as directing, costuming and working tech/crew. Liz studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and with the King’s County Shakespeare Company.

Bob Mira
Bob h as been performing in Central Jersey area for the last 35 years, Having key responsibilities over that time Bob has served as a Board Member and Executive Board member for several Theater Companies. Bob has worn most hats associated with a Theatrical Production, Actor, Stage Manager, Director, Designer and Producer. He is eager share his experience and abilities to help The Monmouth Player’s continue its journey.

Paula Mira
A newcomer to the board, Paula brings 17 years experience in Community Theater. She has appeared in several of our productions over the last two seasons.

Jennifer Lauren Rogers
Jennifer has been a part of the Monmouth Players family since 2004 and has appeared on stage in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Laughter on the 23rd Floor, Nightwatch, and Rumors. While she has helped out on many other shows with house and hospitality, building sets, and stage managing, this is her first time as a board member. Jenn is excited to now be a part of the decision-making process as a board member, as well as to take on some new roles behind the scenes this season.

John Sheehan
John has been a director since 2005. On the personal side, since 1996 he has owned and operated Two Rivers Associates, a business consulting firm specializing in business planning (i.e., strategy development and plan execution), process improvement and executive coaching. Prior to1996 he worked at Bell Laboratories, Western Electric and AT&T in a variety of positions. He began his association with Monmouth Players in 2004 appearing in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest. His first ever acting role. He has appeared in plays staged by the Monmouth Players in every season since that time.


Members at Large
Ar Loecke,
Ar was Recording Secretary, as well as Chairperson of Hospitality. Ms. Loecke coordinated the artists and performers for each production into the 2003-2004 season, and has directed and produced for the Players.

Dorothy Turner
Dot is the longest tenured of the Board. Ms. Turner assists with set decoration, house and hospitality, play selection, and has directed many times. Dot is also a Past President of the Monmouth Players.
